Copyright and DMCA Policy

MangaTrio respects the intellectual property rights of authors, artists, publishers, translators, licensors, and other copyright owners.

Rights in third-party manga, manhwa, manhua, illustrations, characters, logos, and related works belong to their respective owners.

If you believe material available on MangaTrio infringes your copyright, you may submit a removal notice using the instructions below.

1. Copyright Notice Requirements

Your notice should include:

1. Your full legal name and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
4. The exact MangaTrio URL or URLs containing the allegedly infringing material.
5. Sufficient information for us to locate the material.
6. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
7. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
8. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
9. Where applicable, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Using a clear subject such as “Copyright Removal Request” will help us process the notice.

2. What Happens After a Notice

After receiving a complete notice, we may:

• Review the identified material.
• Request additional information.
• Remove or disable access to the material.
• Notify the user or contributor responsible, where applicable.
• Preserve relevant records.
• Take action against repeat infringers.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee immediate removal. We may need reasonable time to investigate the request and determine the appropriate action.

3. Counter-Notification

If material you submitted was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your full legal name and signature.
2. Identification of the removed material.
3. The URL where the material appeared before removal.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
5. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
6. Any jurisdictional or service-of-process statement required by applicable law.

We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Restoration, when legally permitted, may depend on whether the complainant begins legal proceedings.

4. Repeat Infringers

MangaTrio may restrict or terminate accounts belonging to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

We may also prevent repeated uploading of previously removed material.

5. Misrepresentation

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications. Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information may result in legal consequences.

Do not submit a copyright notice concerning material you do not own or have authority to represent.
